- At Papihaa, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us.
- We don’t offer returns at the moment, please read the product description and sizing clearly while ordering for a smooth purchase.
- We only accept replacement for products purchased directly from Papihaa website. Any replacement request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
- Please also note that replacement can only be claimed in case of manufacturing defects . To claim a replacement for the same, a short video of opening the parcel at the time of delivery while focusing on the defect is to be submitted by the customer on our email id – papihaa.care@gmail.com.
