Returns & Replacement

  1. At Papihaa, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us.
  2. We don’t offer returns at the moment, please read the product description and sizing clearly while ordering for a smooth purchase.
  3. We only accept replacement for products purchased directly from Papihaa website. Any replacement request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
  4. Please also note that replacement can only be claimed in case of manufacturing defects . To claim a replacement for the same, a short video of opening the parcel at the time of delivery while focusing on the defect is to be submitted by the customer on our email id – papihaa.care@gmail.com.
